Once the customer has paid for the connection, refunds will be processed according to the following terms:
1. Refunds will be made within 10 working days after service cancellation by the subscriber.
2. Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted as per the terms and conditions of the relevant bank or payment gateway.
3. Once installation is completed, the installation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Zinnat Limited will provide services to the subscriber within 3 working days.
In case of any delay, Zinnat Limited will notify the subscriber as soon as reasonably practicable.
Cancellation of a connection request is allowed under the following conditions:
1. Customer location is out of Zinnat Limited Internet coverage.
2. Technical issues at the customer’s end make providing a connection unfeasible.
3. Customer changes their decision.
