সংযোগ নেওয়ার আগে অবশ্যই পড়ে নিন

1. কাগজপত্র জমা:
সংযোগ নেওয়ার সময় গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (NID) অথবা প্রতিষ্ঠানের ট্রেড লাইসেন্সের ফটোকপি এবং দুই কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি প্রদান করতে হবে।

2. আইনগত দায়ভার:
ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করে কোনো অবৈধ কাজ বা অপরাধমূলক কর্মকাণ্ড সংঘটিত হলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায় গ্রাহকের উপর বর্তাবে। আপনার ওয়াইফাই ব্যবহার করে অন্য কেউ অপরাধ করলে সেটির জন্যও গ্রাহক দায়ী থাকবেন, ISP কোনো দায়ভার নেবে না।

3. লগ সংরক্ষণ ও নিরাপত্তা:
প্রতিটি ব্যবহারকারীর ব্রাউজিং লগ ISP-এর সার্ভারে সংরক্ষিত থাকে। প্রয়োজনবোধে সরকার বা BTRC চাইলে ISP তা সরবরাহ করতে বাধ্য থাকবে। তাই নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে অপরিচিত কাউকে পাসওয়ার্ড শেয়ার করবেন না।

4. সংযোগ সীমাবদ্ধতা:
একটি ইউজার আইডির মাধ্যমে একাধিক রাউটার বা রিপিটার ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করলে ISP পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করার অধিকার রাখে।

5. অপব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ:
শেয়ার্ড প্যাকেজে অতিরিক্ত ব্যবহার (overuse), পাসওয়ার্ড বিক্রি বা যে কোনোভাবে ISP-এর ক্ষতি সাধন করলে ISP নোটিশ দিয়ে সংযোগ স্থায়ী বা অস্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করতে পারবে।

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

8. Copyright Policy

We fully respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to promptly address any claim that content made available through the Service infringes upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or organization.

Responsibility for the proper maintenance, security, and protection of customer-owned equipment (such as routers, devices, and internal networks) rests entirely with the client.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

If you wish to discontinue using our Service, you may do so at any time by ceasing usage or notifying our support team.

Certain provisions of these Terms (including but not limited to ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability) will remain enforceable even after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
